Please note: your supervision groups must include Trinity students for you to book rooms in the College. We are unable to host supervisions of external students only.

Fellows who are unable to use their College rooms for supervisions, and other supervisors (Trinity and non-Trinity members) who supervise Trinity students, can book rooms listed here: https://supervisions.trin.cam.ac.uk/. If you need any assistance with supervision rooms, please contact [email protected].

Supervisors are asked to ensure that the supervision room is left clean at the end of each session.
Supervisors are asked to ensure that students do not congregate in corridors or doorways (to avoid disturbing other supervisions).
Whiteboards, marker pens and erasers are provided. If any supplies are running low (or missing), please contact [email protected] (a poster with our contact details is in every supervision room).

In the event of an emergency

If a supervisor requires assistance during a supervision, they should call the Porters on 01223 338400.
